Pilot Plus One is a two-day conference which has a left-seat pilot track, Right Seat Ready!, joint seminars, door prizes, time in the Redbird and social events.

Please note that RSR seminar is customized for attendees. As such, venues, catering, and materials are reserved months in advance. Refund Policy: 80% of Right Seat Ready Seminar fees will be returned if cancelled 45 days in advance. Reservations can be transferred to another party up to 30 days in advance. If cancelled 15-30 days in advance 50% of Seminar fee can be applied to another Right Seat Ready event within the year. 50% balance is non-refundable. If cancelled less than 14 days in advance all fees are non-refundable.
